Photo Snack – Visualize Your Photos

By NYIP Staff on February 04, 2015

Welcome to another NYIP Photo Snack! In this week’s video, we learn that visualizing your photos before you take them can help you capture the shot you want.

We often have an image in our minds that we are trying to create. But sometimes, we don’t get what we want in the final product.

By visualizing the shot before you take it, you can account for things that may change or affect the quality of the final product. Sketch it out, place subjects and objects in your imaginary frame. Let the image speak to you. Then compose the actual photograph to your own specifications. And don’t settle for anything less than what you expected.

Want to learn how to become a professional photographer? NYIP offers a professional photography course that will give you the skills and confidence you need to learn how to make money with your photography.
