Street Photography by Reuben Radding

In his book, Apparitions, photographer and NYIP Instructor Reuben Radding candidly depicts New Yorkers beating the odds (or getting beaten by the odds). The evocative black and white images recall the work of Winogrand and Weegee. This collection of street photographs, taken entirely in New York City between 2010 and 2013, reveals the struggles, hustles, and joys of NYC life from Upper Manhattan to Coney Island. Includes an afterword by musician Keir Neuringer.
